This Terms of Use & Technology Services Policy (“Agreement”) governs your use of the websites, digital platforms, and services of Wilson Alvarez Consulting Group, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website(s) or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update this Agreement from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

This Agreement applies to all services provided by Wilson Alvarez Consulting Group, Inc., including but not limited to:

  • Social Media & Branding

  • IT Services

  • Digital Media & Marketing

3. General Terms of Use

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • Authorized Use: You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes.

  • Prohibited Activities: Unauthorized access, data scraping, hacking, reverse engineering, or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, graphics, blogs, and digital content on our websites are the intellectual property of Wilson Alvarez Consulting Group, Inc. or licensed third parties. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

5. Technology Services Policy

A. Web Development & Hosting

  • Hosting includes SSL certificates, security patches, monthly backups, and WordPress/PHP updates.

  • Uptime is based on best efforts and third-party providers; we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and maintaining their own login credentials securely.

B. Social Media & Branding

  • All campaigns are subject to client approval.

  • Content ownership: Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables belong to the client; drafts, strategies, and proprietary methods remain Company property.

  • Results disclaimer: We cannot guarantee follower counts, engagement rates, or sales outcomes.

C. IT Services

  • Includes computer repairs, networking, help desk, and system support.

  • We are not liable for data loss unless explicitly covered under a separate backup agreement.

  • Client is responsible for maintaining current software licenses.

D. Digital Media & Marketing

  • Includes SEO, advertising, email campaigns, and branding.

  • Results are not guaranteed; search engine rankings, ad performance, and reach may vary.

  • Client must comply with all third-party platform rules (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Accepted Payments: PayPal and Zelle.

  • Due Dates: All invoices must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds: Hosting, IT, and subscription services are non-refundable. Refunds for other services may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

  • Cancellations: Must be in writing. Client remains responsible for costs incurred up to cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • All services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”

  • The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilson Alvarez Consulting Group, Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services.

9. Third-Party Services

We may reference or integrate third-party tools, platforms, or vendors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
